Randy J. Hoegger Memorial Welding Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Bruce Hoegger in memory his brother Randy Hoegger in 2013. Randy and two other men were killed in a tragic accident when a tank they were welding exploded at PCA in Tomahawk on July 29th, 2008. Randy held several positions at PCA during his career in maintenance that spanned more than three decades. The qualified recipient of the Randy J. Hoegger Memorial Scholarship must be enrolled in the Welding program, maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA, and demonstrate financial need.
